Publication Rules and Conditions

All research submitted for publication in Al-Qal'aa Journal for Scientific Publishing is subject to a set of strict controls and standards that ensure the quality and originality of the scientific content. These conditions and controls are as follows:

First: Scientific and Objective Controls

  • Innovation and Originality: The research must be original, not previously published in whole or in part anywhere else, and must represent a new scientific addition to its field.

  • Scientific Methodology: Adherence to a clear and precise methodology in conducting the research, analyzing data, and presenting results, while using tools appropriate for the research objectives.

  • Depth and Analysis: The research must include an in-depth analysis of the studied issue, providing logical explanations supported by evidence.

  • Journal Scope: The research topic must fall within the journal's disciplines (Applied Sciences and Humanities).

  • Research Length: It is preferable that the research does not exceed 8,000 words, excluding tables and appendices.

Second: Technical Controls and Formatting Guidelines

  • Research Language: The research must be written in eloquent, error-free Arabic, or in precise scientific English.

  • Research Structure: It must follow the recognized scientific sequence (Introduction, Objectives, Questions/Hypotheses, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Recommendations, and Reference List).

  • Title Page: Must include the research title, authors' names, institutional affiliation, corresponding author's email, and two abstracts (Arabic and English) with a maximum of 300 words each, along with keywords (up to 5 words).

  • Formal Formatting: Adherence to the journal's instructions regarding font type and size, margins, line spacing, and the arrangement of headings, tables, and figures.

  • Tables and Figures: Must be clear, numbered sequentially, have specific titles, and be referred to in the text.

Third: Research and Citation Ethics

  • Scientific Citation: Use a single approved citation style throughout the research (such as APA, MLA, or Chicago) and include a complete list of references.

  • Similarity Policy: The total similarity index must not exceed 30%, with a strict requirement for accurate citation of all sources.

  • Scientific Ethics: Obtaining the necessary approvals for studies involving human participants or animals, and refraining from data falsification.

  • Conflict of Interest: A dedicated section disclosing any potential conflict of interest must be included before the reference list.

Fourth: Submission and Review Procedures

  • Submission Mechanism: Research is received in (Word) format via the journal's official email or WhatsApp application, attaching the researcher's personal data.

  • Review Process: Research is subject to a Double-Blind peer review system, and submitting the research constitutes the author's implicit agreement to this system.

  • Modifications: The researcher is obligated to seriously implement the modifications requested by the reviewers and provide a detailed response regarding them.

  • Copyrights: Upon acceptance of the research, copyrights are fully transferred to the journal, and the author signs a formal agreement to that effect.

  • Publication Fees: Authors will be notified of any fees that may arise from the publication process.

Note: The editorial board reserves the right to reject any research that does not meet these criteria or falls outside the scope of the journal's specialization
